Jörg
Loeffke has no idea. In his series “Exit”,
the photographer doesn´t answer any
questions, he more likely poses them. In
Kosovo, he travelled with his camera on
behalf of help-organizations to document
people ´s lives.
In
all its prosaicness, Loeffke says, this
was also exotic. Now he wanted to do without
that for once and chose a downright German
issue: the Autobahn.

ME,
a Family Album
Rivkah
Youngs work plays with the past and the
present. Using pictures from her fathers
archive, she paste herself in images from
her childhood.
Her present ego meets her past ego, in situations
long ago. Rivkah Young puts her, especially
for this body of work photographed portraits
mostly to the margin of the image. More
or less belonging to her family. She changes
her mood, according to the persons at the
pictures. In come images she is a part of
the family, on others she is a disturbing
property, or a self observing person.
